CLEVELAND -- Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason confirmed that Philip Marek, an Ohio Department of Transportation vendor who lives in Aurora, pleaded guilty to two counts of bribery and three counts of attempted tampering with records in court Tuesday afternoon.
